Offerings

  • I provide eating disorder trainings through my project, LEDE.

LEDE offers individually-tailored program evaluations, specialized workshops and foundational training programs in eating disorder treatment to a wide range of mental health organizations, including group practices, university counseling centers and community mental health agencies. Please reach out directly with your program's needs for more information.

  • Drawing from Relational Cultural Theory (RCT) and relational psychoanalytic theory, I offer trainings for both new and experienced clinicians to deepen their theoretical knowledge and relational practice.

  • Psychotherapy is a lifelong learning practice: we stretch and grow beyond our comfort zone over and over again. Internalizing the therapeutic frame— the theory and practices that guide our work— is a learning curve for all therapists in training.

And yet, many therapists of color find their discomfort with aspects of their training is at least partially rooted in the unspoken (white, Western) cultural values it upholds— values that may not best serve you or your clients.

Is It Because I'm Green or Because I'm Brown? offers a space for clinicians of color to explore the hows and whys of their work, in the service of building more intentional, culturally attuned practices.

Hey, you!
